Four years in, the organizers of the successful Air & Port Security Expo have given the event a re-launch. The Simply Group has announced that the event now has a new name and an expanded profile, and will take place at a new venue in 2007. Newly christened “TranSec World Expo,” the event is slated for June 27-28 at EXPO XXI in Amsterdam. Educational programming has been increased, and the market coverage has been broadened to cover all modes of transportation. A plenary session on the topic of “Financing Security” will be complemented by three industry-specific workshops on the topics of Aviation, Maritime and Supply Chain Security. A total of 100 vendors are expected to be on hand for the trade-show component of the event. |
