Zandar’s Predator VC16 plays a central role at Computacenter, an advanced demonstration site supported by IBM

Zandar surveillance installed at demo facility

Zandar Predator VC16 Multiveiwers have been implemented at Computacenter, a new security and surveillance demonstration facility in the U.K. The units are used for the simultaneous display of video signals from 48 analog security cameras at different locations in the Computacenter warehouse, along with ancillary computer and audio feeds, on three plasma screen displays. Each can support up to 16 sources with imagery at SXGA+ and WUXGA resolution and above.

The Predator units can display built-in video and power alarms, and camera/source labeling, and enables users to design and lay out a surveillance network with built-in software.
