Public-private ventures featured at trade show

“PPP for Security” is the name of a series of events that will take place as part of the massive SECURITY ESSEN international trade fair to be held in October in Germany. The PPP events will examine ways to apply the public-private partnership model to security projects, an approach that can face challenges due to the sensitive nature of such projects.

The Consortium for Economic Security will hold a panel discussion on “Security Partnerships – a future model,” and the Federal Association of German Guard and Security Companies will present a report on successful PPP models employed during the football World Cup. A trade conference aimed at the public sector will feature presentations by a number of security experts.

SECURITY ESSEN is expected to draw around 40,000 attendees and 950 exhibitors from over 40 countries.
