Bombardier developing transit security Bombardier Transportation, one of the world’s major transport equipment manufacturers, has entered into a joint design and development agreement with March Networks of Canada that will lead to the launch of a new on-board mobile security system for the passenger rail market. Bombardier will provide its experience with passenger rail transportation while March will contribute its expertise in video surveillance and monitoring systems. The system will be part of Bombardier’s SEKURFLO family of transit security systems. The purpose built system will be designed to guarantee passenger safety and to support efficient passenger rail operations. |
